Account, license and offline use

It does not own the authority inside a Case. Organization billing membership, YAI Tenant membership and participation in a Case are separate concepts.
Individual plan
YAI Plus is planned at €25 per month per person; YAI Pro at €40. Both provide the complete individual YAI experience with unlimited local Cases and unlimited personal installations. The trial lasts 14 days. Annual pricing is not currently offered. Checkout remains unavailable until seller and payment configuration are complete.
Pro provides greater operational scale, not access to fundamentals withheld from Plus. The admitted policy allows 2 simultaneous YAI-managed activities per installation on Plus and 8 on Pro. Hardware still determines performance; this is not an account-wide quota. Real account-to-product integration remains under verification before release. No unqualified automation or other future capability is included as a promised premium benefit. Available functionality depends on the qualified product version, not marketing claims.
Neither plan imposes a commercial Case-count, source-count or local-index storage allowance. RAM, VRAM, storage and model requirements remain real machine constraints. Security, data ownership, export, recovery and Case permissions do not differ by personal tier.
Sign in with the same account on your personal machines. Browser login returns automatically to the client; no manual pairing code or copied license key is required. Each installation can contain different local Cases: login does not synchronize them. This is a personal license, not shared credentials for multiple people. Real native login and policy integration remain subject to qualification.
What works offline
An activated installation can verify its signed entitlement locally through the acquired access period. A network outage does not by itself mean that you signed out or lost your license. Renewal must reach the installation to extend its offline expiry.
After the entitlement expires, new licensed operational progress is blocked. Account access and renewal remain available. Observation and reconciliation needed to safely settle already-dispatched work remain governed by recovery semantics; expiry must not trigger blind retries. Case files, evidence and receipts are retained: license expiry is not a data deletion operation.
Sign out, deactivate or remove data
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Sign out of the website | Ends this browser's account session. |
| Revoke a machine | Refuses future entitlement refreshes for that installation. A previously issued offline entitlement can remain valid until its signed expiry. |
| Cancel renewal | Keeps access through the acquired period, without another renewal. |
| Delete local data | A separate, explicit local action. Never a side effect of sign-out or expiry. |
Teams and organizations
An organization owner can invite accounts and assign licensed seats within the organization's acquired capacity. An accepted invitation alone does not assign a paid seat. Custom onboarding and commercial terms are arranged with YAI.
A seat enables product access. It does not make the member a Tenant owner or a participant in every Case. Shared work is subject to the actual YAI authority and collaboration capabilities of the installed version.
YVEX and models
Standalone YVEX remains free under the MIT license. Its use is independent of a YAI subscription. Model files are separate downloads governed by their own licenses.

Change your plan
Account → Billing opens the secure payment flow. Buying or upgrading does not activate a license until payment is confirmed. Changes in price are presented for confirmation before payment. A downgrade applies at the acquired period boundary; existing Cases, data and work are preserved. Any lower operational capacity applies at the canonical admission fence, without deleting data or changing Case authority. An upgrade requires confirmed commercial evidence and a verified entitlement refresh, not just a click or checkout return. Canceling renewal retains the acquired period and never deletes your files.
Payment methods, billing details, renewal cancellation and renewal restoration are managed in the billing portal. Trial access is started explicitly from Overview; creating an account or signing in on a new installation does not start it automatically.
