Your subscription is for YAI’s working environment, not a storage allowance. These are the shared foundations; available operations depend on the qualified product version.

A Case keeps materials, conversations, decisions and recorded outcomes together. Return to the same work instead of reconstructing it from separate chats.

Sources and evidence you can trace
Keep the link between a result and the material supporting it. Recorded observations, model claims and unresolved activity are not treated as interchangeable facts.

Memory, recall and knowledge
Operational memory connects the Case’s recorded history and supporting evidence. Recall selects relevant context for the next task, subject to source validity and access checks—not just text similarity.

Your models, a consistent workspace
Use the models and providers supported by your product version. Integrated YVEX handles supported local-model preparation and execution. Model weights and external provider charges are separate.

Governed work and Workflow foundations
Qualified multi-step Execution and Workflow foundations belong in both plans. Actions still follow Case permissions, required reviews and effect boundaries. Unreleased automation is not an included premium feature.

One account, independent local work
Use your account on all your personal machines. Each can hold different Cases; login does not synchronize them. Local use can continue offline while the signed entitlement is valid; remote services still need a connection.
Access to YAI: the Studio workspace, operational Case memory, context retrieval and work orchestration. The price covers the software; it does not include cloud compute credits.
Are models included?+
Studio and YVEX are included in YAI. You choose and download model weights separately. Start with YAI-prepared GGUFs or prepare others with YVEX. External model services may have their own charges.
Can I work without an internet connection?+
Yes, with a valid local license through its expiry. A connection is needed for account access, activation and acquiring the next period. Features using remote services need a connection.
What happens if I stop paying?+
Expiry blocks new licensed work; it does not delete Cases or materials. Export and recovery are not premium privileges. Observation and reconciliation needed to safely settle already-dispatched work remain separate from the block on new activity.
How many machines can I connect?+
All your personal machines, connected to the same account. Each person using YAI needs their own license.
Does the trial automatically become a subscription?+
The initial trial requires no card. To continue after 14 days, choose and confirm a subscription from your account.
Is there an annual plan?+
YAI Plus and Pro are monthly for now. Contact us about business requirements and tailored agreements.
